Effects from the "outer alchemical" forms, effect the inner, and the inner effects the outer- which is why they are--
As such- the inner must be held to and the outer "ascended" to activate the transcendental qualities--
That could then, potentially, be understood in further ways by the "outer" forms; comprehended and replicated;--
As the outer alchemical process [in that power] reserves [for] itself (as the inner alchemical processes are, clearly, internal, and thus are reserved for their transcendent states- which can thusly only be comprehended and replicated through the above processes)--
For the inner to be comprehended the outer must be comprehended, and as such, transcended, to ascent--
The inner process [is] in it's fortitude [found within] the inward perception: this is what the Buddha spoke of, but with reservation and a bespoke tendency [all his own] to conform to certain platitudes--
(Or lack thereof, ie, nothing; even [when] uttering a truth: see: the "noble lie"; which also applies to lies of omission; but which one must not burden ones' self with, lest one gets lost in the tendencies therein, eg, back to nothing, earning nothing in return- which is why Buddha remained SILENT: as a teaching process)--
Then the inner can conform to the transcendent, which adopts actions in the outer alchemical forms; which then in turn mediate the inner forms; which we ourselves are responsible. This is the secret truth.

[Psychohistory/Cliometrics-Econometrics are fallen forms of economic forces: oddly enough, the closest ascendant form of economy is the preservation of the ecosystem. And Psychology/Psychiatry are an abysmal (see: replicatory, "Viral Vector") form of "outer alchemy" into "transcendent alchemy", a sort of chaos magic, the mediator being the "physician" or "hypnotist", et al- a condescension in form to the shaman, which is the condescension to the "primal man", that which resides in the "inner" portion of reality(s)....]
