Concerns Regarding COVID-19 Mandates

Concerns re: Mandating COVID-19 "Vaccines" 

1.     Healthy individuals not displaying symptoms do not significantly transmit SARS-CoV-2. Vaccinated individuals can still potentially spread SARS-CoV-2 or spike proteins, especially if they have a symptomatic breakthrough infection.

2.     COVID vaccinations (especially those targeting the spike protein) will not end a pandemic due to selection pressure on the coronavirus to evade vaccinated individuals’ specific antibodies through mutations.

3.     Data from Israel shows the vaccines do not prevent infection or hospitalization, and breakthrough cases are significantly increasing.

4.     Vaccine-induced immunity is more specific but weaker overall than natural immunity from exposure/infection, which is robust, complete, and durable.

5.     COVID vaccines are not as effective as often claimed. Efficacy is often reported in terms of relative risk reduction, which is misleading, as the absolute risk reduction demonstrates these COVID mRNA vaccines especially are hardly effective at all.

6.     Publicized statistics are often very misleading as the “unvaccinated” include the recently vaccinated or even those with unknown vaccination status, which could be masking COVID vaccine injuries/deaths.

7.     COVID mRNA gene therapy injections (“vaccines”) cause the body to produce spike proteins, which themselves can lead to endothelial dysfunction, vascular disease, and microthrombi (blood clotting).

8.     COVID vaccines carry other risks including enhanced disease, pathogenic priming, autoimmunity, inflammation of the cardiovascular system, etc.

9.     COVID vaccines contain graphene hydroxide, which is toxic, damages cell membranes and leads to blood clotting.

10.        COVID vaccines are not safe, with significantly higher rates of adverse events and death than other modern vaccines.

11.        COVID vaccine companies do not want to provide their vaccines without legal immunity.

12.       COVID vaccines (including Comirnaty) are experimental with some studies extending all the way to 2027. They have not been proven safe or effective in the long run, so they should not be mandated. Also, true informed consent requires disclosure of all potential risks of the treatment, including serious adverse events and rare disorders that may result.

13.        Mandatory vaccination puts the common good above an individual’s natural rights.

14.        California law protects the right of the individual against defamation and harm.

15.        Mandatory vaccination overrides body autonomy, which is unethical. 

16.        Some COVID vaccines use abortion-derived cell lines in their development, which makes accepting/supporting them a violation of conscience for those holding a firm pro-life ethic.

17.        The Bible teaches our bodies are temples of the Spirit of God, and that we must not harm, defile, or pollute God’s temple by putting in it anything that would do those things.

18.        Religious discrimination laws state that individuals cannot be discriminated against based on their sincerely-held religious beliefs.

19.        A healthy lifestyle that minimizes chronic health conditions (comorbidities) is good protection against COVID-19.

20.        The risk from severe COVID-19 or death is much lower if appropriate prophylaxis or therapeutics are given. There are many treatments that exist and have worked for patients around the world.

Concerns regarding COVID testing & mandates

1.     Naturally immune individuals have a robust, long-lasting response, making COVID testing redundant and unnecessary.

2.     Widespread COVID testing of asymptomatic individuals who are not frequently exposed is not recommended by the World Health Organization.

3.     Using nasal swabs for the collection of COVID samples for (especially frequent) testing risks bodily harm.

4.     COVID tests are EUA only, so the ability to refuse the product is required by law.

5.     PCR testing cannot accurately determine whether an individual is truly, currently sick from SARS-Cov-2. Positive tests do not imply infectiousness.

6.     PCR testing is easily manipulated to produce desired results simply by changing the cycle threshold. The current CDC guidance sets the PCR cycle threshold lower for vaccinated individuals, while it is unregulated for unvaccinated individuals, unfairly leading to many more false positives among the unvaccinated.

7.     The CDC recently announced that after December 31, 2021, it would withdraw its request to the FDA for EUA for the much-criticized rt-PCR Covid diagnostic test.

8.     CA Civil Code 46—It is against the law to say someone has an infectious disease when they do not.
