Who do we need?

Looking back over the history of the monarchy there are a plethora of stories and anecdotes. From the wacky manerisms of certain monarchs to the things they did that changed history forever. Though these records provide us with a relatable and interesting individuals and events, this is the limit of their use. Unless we take case studies of historical figures and the monarchs they have idolised, in turn behaved. See Wlad the terrible and Stalin. Or maybe, more specific to the British monarchy, Edward the 1st and Hitler. These examples aside, the use of anecdotes is for the most part superficial in consequence to todays world.

Here, when answering the title question, I won't merely be looking at the greatest monarchs. Something quite subjective, even if purely pinpointing those most prevalent in bravery and with an affinity for peace. Though I imagine under these two criterion, most would have to conclude Alfred the great...or maybe Harold Godwinson as number one.

No, here I'll be looking at the monarch that, had we a time machine- of one time only use- to import someone to get us Brits out of the mess we currently find ourselves in. So I will base my criteria on the monarch who would most effectively tackle the threats we currently deal with. The threats of the unrelenting clutches of the EU tyranny we find ourselves in. And those within our own parliament working on their behalf. The threats of taxing the British people based on lies and keeping them occupied with the bread and circuses of these EU endorsed lies. Namely climate propaganda. Propaganda that seems to be pushed centre stage just when, the caring and fair mask the EU wears is well and truly slipping. When also, fittingly the offspring of the current monarchs reputation is coming under severe scrutiny. Whether he was involved in a scandal or not is something we'll struggle to gain any hard evidence on with the poor coverage and shifting of the spotlight. This will ironically lead to more condemnations, guilty or not.

See? That was just threat number one yet it diverted me for a couple of paragraphs there. So our number one choice would need a great B.S detector. And be on the side of the people in order to being them being swindled out of their hard earned money and democracy.

The second threat is one that is poised to pull the remainder of the rug out from under the country. This country prised its way out of poverty via everything that encompasses; free trade, the industrial revolution and ingenuity. Namely capitalism. Along with fossil fuels this has enabled us to thrive and the contrast between our thriving and other countries not is usually a combination of the 2. See how EVERY. SINGLE. Socialist country fared. See also how African, coal rich countries manage to keep within the big green enviro-friendly standards imposed on them. They don't. Adhering to this knowledge, our old/new age saviour (caveat: we get them in their prime not on their death bed). The ingrained characteristic of knowing who they can trust and surrounding themselves with the transparent and honest types. More than this an appreciation of what enabled this country to succeed.

A solid B.S detector, a people person, and a firm believer in meritocracy. And given that the cancer of intersectionality is a fairly recent thing, I think we can take for granted they would deal with all offenders and allies in a colourblind fashion. With no fear of being called "wascist" or being told they have a made up phobia.

We have a few very worthy candidates, but given this one time only deal, the choice for me is obvious; the national pride oozing, the army of only the best surrounding them, Elizabeth the 1st. She would not just surround herself with the best, point out B.S when she sees it but her love of art and innovation would fill the void left by the allure of climate protests and fill it with more fulfilling pursuits than todays youngsters have ever known.
