Did You Just Join Minds?  Are You Struggling To Get Your first MINDS Token Reward?

Here are 5 things that you can do, right now, to starting earning MINDS tokens!

First, go back and edit your posts.  If you haven't already, add 5 related hashtags at the bottom of the post.  Using 2 or 3 from the Trending Hashtags.

Currently Trending : #minds #news #art #politics #maga #trump #nature #photography #myphoto #music #censorship #usa #bitcoin #freespeech #vietnam #freedom #beauty #beautiful #crypto #qanon

Hashtags are very important.  If you don't have hashtags on your posts, then only people who are subscribed to you, will see them...

Second, go to the top channels page and subscribe to lots of channels that interest you and who's content is related to yours.

Many of those channels will subscribe back to you.  This is great because on MINDS you get rewarded for overall site interaction, per day.  This includes upvotes, subscribes, comments, etc.

Third, for ever person that subscribes to your channel, take the time to go the their channel, upvote a few of the posts you like, and write a thoughtful comment.

Perhaps say thank you or ask a question.  More than likely, they will return the favor by upvoting and commenting on your posts too.  Not only does this add to your overall rewards score,  but they are more likely to interact with you and your posts in the future.

Fourth, write an introduction post.   Tell us who you are, what brought you to MINDS, and why we should subscribe to you!

This creates a personal feel to your channel and many will be able to relate to youIntroduction posts are received very well and many end up in the top posts section!

Lastly, don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help from the bigger channels.  You might make friends, they may remind your posts, or even send you a token or two!

Every one of us were in your position, when we started MINDS.  We know what its like to be overwhelmed by the new tech.  Simply say hi and be yourself.  You never know where the conversation will lead you!!

But I absolutely do not recommend asking directly for tokens or reminds.  This will be looked at as spam and you will probably be ignored...or worse, blocked.

These are the top 5 things, I wish I knew, when I started MINDS.  The community here is inspiring and more than willing to help the newbies. I had help when I started, and now I am paying it forward.  If this helps at least 1 new user, I will consider it a success.

If you have any questions about MINDS or this blog post, feel free to send me a message and I would be happy to help you.
