So, today, by popular request, we going to be taking a closer look at these mouthwatering packages that Plaza aims to bring but before we delve into all that, let’s quickly remind those probably too lazy to check out my previous post that Plaza systems is a project that aims to bring together blockchain tech, e-commerce and artificial intelligence under the same roof creating a platform with a safe, simple and customer-centred environment where customers can have access to the best deals when shopping, anonymity when buying, make money without rising a finger and have all their demands attended to almost instantaneously.

So let’s start already!
PlazaCard: these are to serve as the average day to day debit cards that can be used to purchase items anywhere and anytime at PlazaMerchant stores and others with the same ease achieved with the debit cards we are already used to. It is tied to the owner’s Plaza wallet and fiat equivalents of the amount the owners wants to use to pay are deducted after automatic conversion from PLAZA and PL$ tokens. PlazaCards can also be used to withdraw fiat currencies from an array of affiliated ATMs that will be made available. PlazaCards range from Emerald to Gold ranging from the volume of the owner’s expenditures.
PlazaConcierge: this is an AI-powered, Alexa-enabled smart speaker that can be used to shop online, make enquiries on a wide range of topics while maintaining an interesting and engaging conversation with the ChatBot. It keeps a local copy of the MerchantChain blockchain and maintains the user’s PlazaWallet and associated info. All transactions made using the PlazaConcierege are to be done in a secure and straightforward manner without fear of third-party intrusion. Best of all, the PlazaConcierge mines PLAZA and PL$ tokens 24/7 for its owner without disrupting its other functions!
PlazaMerchant: they are to be made available in numerous locations for two primary functions, these are: PlazaCard top-up services where fiat currencies will be paid to the merchant in exchange for the equivalent amount of PL$ or PLAZA tokens to be sent to the customer’s PlazaWallets and the PlazaCard Emerald acquisition.
PlazaChatBot: a secure and user-friendly AI-powered assistant present in three forms. First of which is the Plaza CustomerService ChatBot that provides instantaneous customer assistance services on the go within the platform. It performs a wide range of functions which include answering questions, providing suggestions, web search and so on. The next is the Plaza ChatBot Arbitration that helps resolve conflicts between two parties by interacting with them via voice and text at no cost whatsoever to any of them. It provides quick solutions to what could otherwise be unpleasant situations and keeps a record of each resolution to improve its own abilities in the future. The last is the PlazaConcierge ChatBot found present in the PlazaConcierge smart speakers and are the medium of communication between the user and the Speakers and their components. Each of these ChatBots is to carry out their functions in a smooth, easy, efficient and user-friendly manner while also maintaining customer anonymity.
Plaza Lifestyle rewards: users can earn tokens via various means on the platform. Some of which include: instant cashback on purchases, seller and buyer referral programs, bug identification etc.
CONCLUSION
With their token sale ending on the 27th of December, 2018 and a hard cap of 100,000 ETH, it is hoped that users can begin to gain access to the multitudes of benefits to be associated with the coming of this project in the near future.
It is worthy of note that the blockchain already stands at a whopping 15,000 transactions per second leaving a huge number of previous blockchains staring at their tail lights in awe.
