Like most Keto meals cooked with whole foods, this one is super easy and fast.

Boneless chicken thighs slow cooked in butter and herbs, a side of steamed broccoli and sharp cheddar cheese.

The Keto style low carb  buffalo style "rice" is made from frozen riced cauliflower, stir fried in ghee (clarified butter)Cholula hot sauce, and garlic. Melted cheddar and crumbled bacon on top.

Low cal, low carb, no sugar, healthy fats, and full of protein.  Always grass fed and organic.
