I think that tastes, odors, colors, and so on . . . reside in consciousness. Hence if the living creature were removed, all these qualities would be wiped away and annihilated.
I have retired from the US Navy. I received my undergraduate degree in accounting from UT and my MBA in economics from Booth. I retired at 52 with my final job being a hospital administrator with 2000 beds.. Also worked in mortgage banking and as a tax manager at a telecommunications firm.
