As technology leaders continue to attempt to force surreal anti-human technologies on the public at large, those people who’ve been singled-out for organized stalking and electromagnetic weapon targeting, gather in cities around the world to rally for freedom. If the public continues to adopt anti-human technologies like “smart” cell phones, omnipresent wifi, Amazon’s Alexa, and 5G technologies, as well as, stand down the pleas for help from targeted individuals, what lies-in-wait for all of humanity is an unimaginable dystopia, beyond all imagination…

In the past decade, we’ve seen more and more bizarre headlines announcing the surreal technologies, big names in hi-tech, plan to roll out on society. However, in the last 3 years it seems these announcements have become more frequent, surreal, and utterly terrifying… We’ve seen Facebook’s executives announce plans to connect internet users brains to the internet, and their social media platform, via wireless and microchip-less “brain-to-computer” technology… We’ve seen Google’s executives admit plans for implanting physical “brain microchips”, in their users’ heads, for even more invasive “brain-to-computer” surveillance over their users, than Facebook’s microchip-less “brain-to-computer” technology… We’ve seen technology leaders, and the politicians they bankroll, incessantly demand that 5G technology continue to be rolled out in every nook of the globe, despite widespread public demands that it be stopped, and numerous gravely serious warnings from renowned scientists, doctors, and technology industry insiders, who all have emphatically stated that 5G technology is extremely dangerous, and entirely optional for the internet connectivity needs of users… Perhaps most bizarrely, we’ve seen the co-founder and chair of the “World Transhumanist Association”, Nick Bostrom, claim that humanity’s best interest lies in integrating technology, and internet connectivity, fully into the human body, as well as, the world in which humans live… In fact, Mr. Bostrom in a recent “Ted Talk” described how he envisions world society developing in the near future, where to prevent disastrous choices by mankind, two fundamental solutions become a reality: global government, and total mass surveillance of the entire human race… Mr. Bostrom describes that artificial intelligence would drive this vision of the world, and all humans would have to be fitted with what he describes as “freedom tags”, which would feed encrypted audio and video of their thinking and behavior wirelessly, and continually (24/7), to “patriot monitoring stations” where artificial intelligence would monitor the data coming in from every human being on the planet, and dole out corrective punishments wirelessly, via these “freedom tags” and interrelated wireless technologies, to humans who think and behave in ways deemed inappropriate, by the artificial intelligence supercomputer overlords…
In the mainstream CNBC News video segment below, they outline Elon Musk’s plans to merge human beings’ brains with artificial intelligence, and disclose that Elon Musk’s company Nuralink, is in the business of developing the technology to do just that… The notion of a world — and even the minds of humanity — being taken over by artificial intelligence, isn’t just some unfounded theory, this is literally what Mr. Musk and Nuralink is working towards right now… Even mainstream news outlets like CNBC, are admitting and reporting on this…

The citizens of the world, need to understand that targeted individuals are innocent, non-consensual experimentees, that these surreal kinds of technologies, of extreme surveillance and mind warfare, are being covertly tested and refined on… Additionally, if humanity doesn’t stand up soon to call out the deep-state power-holders who fund, develop, and operate these weapons, and organized stalking campaigns against targeted individuals, there’s going to be nothing that stands in the way of these deep-state power-holders, rolling out perfected versions of these technologies, of all-out techno-fascism, on all citizens around the world, in a similar scenario to what Nick Bostrom has described in his recent Ted Talk… If circumstances get close to that point, there will be no way for humanity to then unite, to stop the deep-state from implementing this global and omnipresent, techno-fascist takeover of humanity. It is absolutely essential, that humanity unite now to end these surreal crimes against targeted individuals, and holistically expose and end, all interrelated deep-state techno-fascist technologies and plans.
Targeted individuals have been warning the world about these exotic, invisible, and wireless electromagnetic tools of surveillance and mind warfare, since the early 1990s. Yet it has only been in the last 7 or so years, that these claims have begun to be taken seriously, outside of a micro-sized faction of citizens privy to these realities previously. This said, the public awareness of these ultra high-tech covert weapons, and the plight of targeted individuals, who are subjected to the most extreme variety of attack by them, as part of organized stalking campaigns, is still nowhere near where it should be. The emerging global targeted individual rallies to expose these weapons, and the horrific crimes against targeted individuals, aims to elevate public awareness — and in conjunction with online activism initiatives — eventually spark a tidal wave of awareness and support for targeted individuals, as well as, a worldwide ban on electromagnetic weapons, and artificial intelligence.

The Sacramento California springtime rally location, was the focal point for these global rallies, and was situated right in front of the California legislature building. Scott Lewis, Shayla Avants, Justin Whitworth, Earl Watts, Michelle Hachey, Ella Free, Matthew Aaron, and Timothy Cassella, were the central organizers of these global rallies, and oversaw the organization of the Sacramento rally. One of the focal points for the Sacramento rally was, “The Organized Torture Bill Campaign for California”, spearheaded by Dr. Tomo Shibata, that explicitly seeks to set forth a series of new laws, that explicitly outlaw organized stalking crimes in California. Numerous California legislators’ offices were contacted by phone, and face-to-face, to notify them of the rally being held right outside their legislature building, and request their appearance at the rally. All of California’s legislators have been previously contacted repeatedly by Dr. Tomo Shibata, and the small team of activists working with her, regarding her California bill campaign efforts. Although a handful of California legislators expressed sympathy, and interest in, the targeted individual cause, ultimately these interested leaders claimed there would have to be more interest shown by the public at large, and the media, before they could proactively work to support the targeted individual cause.
There were numerous concurrent springtime rallies, and individual activism efforts, held in cities all over the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Spain, the U.K., Poland, Thailand, Australia, and France. The rallies in California, Pennsylvania, Spain, South Korea, and Japan, in particular, were the locations with the most robust efforts for this latest global targeted individual rally.

These global rallies clearly show that these crimes are in fact occurring on an international scale. Although this demonstration of a global “concurrence of claim”, of organized stalking crimes, will of course be slandered by the powers-that-shouldn’t-be that aid-and-abet these stalking campaigns, a demonstration of a “concurrence of claim” does have actual legal weight, no matter how much slander is thrown at the blatant reality of the evidence at hand. Moreover, there is a long historical pattern of government organizations slandering systemic crime victims, and whistleblowers, as delusional — this historic finding in an AP News article from 1992, is just one of many reports that document this. The claims from bad actors within the media, human rights organizations, transnational organizations, and governments, that the people who report these crimes are delusional, fall flat on their face, when one simply reviews the hard evidence, that proves these crimes are now occurring to millions of innocent people all around the world — evidence that includes very articulate accounts of these crimes, from highly educated and professionally accomplished victims from all around the globe… The notion put forth by bad actors in the media, government, and otherwise, that all of a sudden following the 9/11 attacks, millions of articulate, highly educated, and professionally accomplished people, with no history of any kind of delusional disorder, suddenly came down with an extreme, and unprecedented, delusional disorder out of nowhere, in the middle of their life, is the only deluded notion regarding the topic of targeted individuals...
In addition to these international rallies that expose organized stalking as a global phenomenon, one of the more important pieces of hard evidence that proves millions of people are being subjected to organized stalking, is an official 2009 U.S. Department of Justice document release on stalking crimes in America, that explicitly denotes that 13.1% of the 3,398,630 U.S. citizens that reported stalking crimes to the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006 alone, reported that they were stalked by a group of 3 or more people. So that amounts to well over 441,800 people who reported being subject to organized stalking, to the DOJ survey alone — in other words, this report doesn’t include all reportage of organized stalking crimes to the police, FBI, and related authorities in 2006, only those victims that happened to hear about, and report to, the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006… This official document adds irrefutable credence, to the scale of the organized stalking epidemic, and further proves a massive and widespread “concurrence of claim” in the United States.

In addition to all the global rallies, mass-market media billboards and subway car wrap ads, in cities in the U.S. and Canada, as pictured below, have been exposing the reality of organized stalking crimes, on a massive scale, since the first global targeted individual rally day in August of 2018. These billboards have marshaled the attention of the public at large, with an unsettling reality check, exposing the existence of these surreal weapons and crimes. As I have pointed out previously, if public at large doesn’t stand up soon to call out the deep-state power-holders who fund, develop, and operate these weapons, and organized stalking campaigns against targeted individuals, there’s going to be nothing that stands in the way of these deep-state power-holders, rolling out perfected versions of these technologies, of all-out techno-fascism, on all citizens around the world, at some point in the near future…
Many people in the public say, “there’s nothing we can do about it”, when they realize this surreal and terrifying phenomenon is actually happening. The fact of the matter is that, this is a fear based response that is rooted in a false sense of self, and the illusion of safety, that deep-state power holders prop-up in the media and otherwise in society, to create the impression that if you just, “go-along-to-get-along”, everything will be ok… Nothing could be further from the truth, as this article has articulated and evidenced. The public needs to stand up and claim their humanity, as well as, the dignity of the entire human race. No person, much less millions of singled-out people around the world, should ever have to endure the torture of being subjected to organized stalking protocols, and electromagnetic weapons of mind control — and the future of the public at large, should not be one defined by Elon Musk’s plans to integrate the brains of humanity, with artificial intelligence… At this point, if it isn’t clear that the notion of, “going-along-to-get-along”, is a trap that will rob the public at large of their very mind and humanity, and soon thereafter their lives, I’m not sure when it will be clear…
In the post September 11th era, the organized stalking phenomenon and the development of artificial intelligence driven electromagnetic mind control weapons, represent unimaginably extreme war crimes, that constitute an underlying state-of-emergency, that requires people from every walk of life — including those with integrity within our intelligence agencies and all security service organizations — to see through the very fear that arises in the face of such a grotesque problem, and leverage that seeing, to let this fear give wings to your innate evolutionary impulse, to evolve to your truest, deepest, most genuine self. Life is calling humanity to rise to this occasion, and to move boldly and intuitively as activists in the world.
Although the best response for activists to take can’t be completely outlined, in black and white terms — as it must come from an unique intuitive process of insight for each individual uniquely — there are a few broad moves that all people can take to get started, or refine their efforts, as an activist:
1) Limit, or completely cease, your consumption of official mainstream culture, and spend more time in nature with the specific intention of, sensing an inner felt recognition of unity with nature and humanity. Confirm within your own consciousness, that this felt recognition of unity represents the real you, and the impulse that it imbues within you, represents the most prudent course forward in your life.
2) Make a point to regularly withdraw cash from you bank account, to use on purchases you would normally make with your atm/credit card. We need to shut down the deep-state’s plan to make cash based transactions extinct, so everyone will have to use surveillance driven, electronic monetary transactions, via atm/credit cards or smart devices, for all their purchases.
3) Open up social media accounts on the new open source, private, crypto-currency driven, social media/blog/video streaming platforms Minds.com, SteemIt.com, and BitChute.com, and start to use them as much, or more than, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. We need to transition away from the official social media and video streaming overlords, as they’re censoring content, and are ultimately run by the deep-state.
4) Cancel your smart phone and get an older style regular cell phone, or better yet, get a VoIP internet phone that can be used via ethernet or wifi at home, and at wifi hot-spots when you’re away from home. We need to shut down, or at least limit, the deep-state’s plan to standardize the use of smart phones, 5G, and the “smart” wireless internet-of-things grid.
5) Get active in your local community’s anti-5G activism efforts. It isn’t enough to be active in online only anti-5G activism — the synergistic effect of both online and offline activism, is what will do the job.
6) Inform yourself as much as you can about the organized stalking phenomenon, and talk to your family and friends who are open to hearing about this, 9/11 truth, and interrelated deep-state issues. 7) Send emails to your favorite alternative media journalists, to ask them to cover the reality of organized stalking crimes, and electromagnetic mind control weapons. Then follow that up with emails and paper letters, to the political representatives in your local area and state, expressing your grave concerns about these organized stalking crimes, and technologies.
8) Flyer your local area, farmers markets, and interrelated activist groups, with the organized stalking awareness flyer that I designed. It can be downloaded here in high resolution, and will print nicely in black and white, on a standard 8.5x11 page.
I used to think George Orwell’s seminal book, “1984”, was only a great tale of fiction… I could never imagine, that humanity could literally be facing a 1984 like reality in the 21st century… In his final interview linked to below, Orwell sends a message to the world that needs to be heeded today more urgently than ever — and makes for an exceptional ending to this article:
“This is the direction the world is heading… If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stomping on a human face forever. The moral to be drawn from this dangerous nightmare situation, is a simple one, don’t let it happen, it depends on you…”
