In order to be free we must have money, and in order to have money we must have good habits.
What follows is a list of one hundred habits I use myself. I will add new items to the list as I install new habits into my life. Initially, the list will be much shorter but it will grow, I promise.
The eventual aim is to create a list of habits that bring in £33,000 a year- allowing me to be independent of state and employer and therefore cancel proof.
- I must get up the moment I wake up. If I cannot do this I cannot do any demanding thing.
- I will skip breakfast which will save a little time, save money and help manage my blood sugar. Intermittent fasting does all sorts of good things and it is easier to reach 16 hours if one starts with an empty stomach. If I can hold off eating until mid-day I will do this with ease.
- I must brush my teeth properly. There is a science to this but few people look into it.
- I must walk around 10,000 steps a day. There is nothing magical about this number but it is easy to do.
