Just what is going on with this 'Russian collusion' narrative being spun?

Maria Butina, a Russian national who was arrested in July 2018 and charged with conspiracy to act as an agent of the Russian Federation within the United States, reportedly tried to forge relationships with the National Rifle Association (NRA), conservative leaders and candidates in the 2016 presidential race, with the hope she would be able to exert influence over policy decisions as it relates to Russia.

Shes being investigated again by the Senate Finance Committee over high level meetings held in 2015 between Butina, Russian official Alexander Torshin, and the Obama Administration. 

The Committee noted that Butina and "Torshin met with Obama administration officials from the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve in 2015". 

At the time, Mr. Torshin was the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, and yet later, after the meeting in April of 2018 he was added to a list of Russian Nationals sanctioned by the Treasury Department. 

Just a few months after her high-level meeting with Torshin and Obama administration officials, she began to cozy up to Republicans. 

Investigative reporter John Solomon of The Hill stated he learned of Butina in 2015 and called his contacts in the FBI and U.S. Intelligence Community and was told that they were aware that she was an 'agent of influence' and already on their radar and not to worry. 

He was surprised no one within the FBI's Counterintelligence did anything to intervene. He said it was as if they sat around watching this thing for three to four years until it was convenient to create a headline, or a narrative if you will.

In Butina's plea deal, it states on page 39 that she was granted immunity by Judge Chutkin. Butina admitted under oath that she received $125,000 from Oleg Deripaska. It was for expenses she claims. 

Deripaska is a Russian billionaire. He is in business with the Russian government and its President, Vladimir Putin. 

The case is still ongoing, and now that American University has been ordered to turn over the names of 72 other students that may have also been spies, the most we can do for now is wait and see, and continue looking into the Obama administrations connections and collusion with Russians.

So, once again the more we look into so-called Russian collusion, the more we see a web of shadowy Russians connected not to President Trump, but rather former President Obama....
