People who nowadays go to college to study #journalism won't work in the field they studied unless they become spammers and PR agents, who drown out what's left of >actual< journalism. It's all corrupt. Almost all of it.

So many 'articles' nowadays contain the word "deal" because they're ads, not articles. And some have "market" in headlines because they sell "reports" (propaganda), they're not news. Have to mass-filter these.
So, so, so, soooooo much trash and spam in today's news sites; worse than sponsored pseudo-articles. Much worse. If journalism isn't dead already it certainly if dying or becoming extinct. It's all corrupt. PR, spam, paid-for lies... a noise machine.
When people tell me things (even in 2019) like "Google is your friend" I'm thinking like "Microsoft loves Linux" Can people stop spreading cliche lies of corporations?
