A few things to keep in mind: 1) Bitcoin isn't hardware oriented anymore due to the fact that mining is exceedingly become more unprofitable for BTC, and recent BTC Core developments haven't been hardware oriented 2) Ethereum isn't yet environmentally friendly, but they promised to change that in version 2.0, which may not support mining. Also Ethereum isn't decentralized in the fact that that it doesn't actually have a set cap on the amount of coins generated and developer control. 3) NEO no longer is in support of mining and more focused on a POS mechanism. 4) Lonero isn't yet digital oriented because more progress needs to be done on seed migration and the software binaries, as we have been more hardware oriented in development recently, but more and more changes are likely to happen over the future. via https://lonero.org
