Whole grain pasta is my favorite food. It contains fiber. This is really important for health. Pasta can be boiled quickly and during that time when it boils, I usually make nice sauce with 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 garlic, some tomato sauce (from shop), water and salt. And I add lots of different spices like: oregano, dried leeks, thyme, curcumin, black pepper. I eat 2 or 3 of such dishes for lunch.
