This is the company that handles the Authorizations, Setup doctor appointments, etc for the VA Choice program. This company in my opinion is horrific to put it mildly. If I contact them for an authorization I'm told, It'll be 5 days. This is even if a Physician calls as well. They pay the Physicians once a Veteran has gone to a doctor of their choice. Payment is very often very late. This is why many Physicians refuse patients who have to use them or would need to go outside the VA for care. THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED!!!
