Denver is voting to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms in may election
Denver could become the first city in the US to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms. On May 7th, voters in the city will have the opportunity to make the possession, use and growth (but not sales) of psilocybin mushrooms for those over the age of 21 the city’s lowest law-enforcement priority.
