Hot butter rum mix Or as I like to call it heart attack in a box 2C (4 sticks or 1box) soft butter (room temp not melted). 16 oz (or 1# box) dark brown sugar 1gallon old fashioned or french vanilla (made with egg yolk) ice cream. Softened, allowed to sit out for about 10 minutes for smoother batter. Mix. Store batter in freezer. Add 1T batter to hot liquid (water, milk, coffee) with your preferred amount of rum.
