Most people don't think about this but Magnetic fields are always at a right angle to Electric fields and Gravity fields are at a right angle to both in a natural arrangement (Unless forced to do otherwise). The line C-C' in the picture below shows where the electric field inertia plane is i.e. where the Electric field is the strongest.
