As I have seen as of recent, a growing influx of Vietnamese users are joining Minds.com due to interference with the Vietnamese Government. To put it short for those outside of Vietnam, their President, Trần Đại Quang, signed the Cybersecurity bill into law on June 25, 2018; this new law aims to impose new legal requirements with online companies and intensifies policing online dissent, as Vietnam is known for it's laws against and abuse towards both online and real world activism taking place in the country. Because of this, thousands of Vietnamese online users, or Netizens some self-describe, are joining the Minds network thanks to the site's Admins STRONG support of online Privacy and Crypto-Networking and Crypto-Currency (@ottman to name one) as many are deactivation or switching off of platforms such as Facebook. I would like to give a few mentions of some Vietnamese channels who are helping in spreading the word of Activism within their own nation, both online and physical, @nhacsituankhanh and @Jadenguyen I welcome any and all Vietnamese users on the Platform, the Minds community is welcoming and rapidly increasing its numbers by the day the more and more people drop Facebook, Twitter and all other exploitative and old-fashioned social media platforms. Left: Vietnamese Activist Right: Suppression by Vietnamese Government Center: The Vietnamese government is suppressing the online freedom of the Vietnamese People. Help the Vietnamese Activists out by welcoming them onto the Minds platform. Bottom: Vietnamese Flag with Minds light-bulb logo in replacement with the national flag's golden Star, in style against the one-party communist government with the free, online privacy that Minds contributes. #Vietnam #Cybersecurity #Vietnamese #MindsinVietnam #VietMinds #VietnameseGoverment #News #Politics #PoliticalNews #CyberActivism #Activism #OnlinePrivacy #Privacy #Crypto #Minds #Ottman #Laws #Censorship #Internet #Liberty #CyberLiberty #Freedom #Faceboo...
