It is finished. I know it can be interpreted in different ways, and the thought of some of those ways gives me pause. Then again, anything halfway interesting can be interpreted in different ways, so in consequence and therefore and ergo, here you go, and there I go. #art #painting

And then, suddenly, as if by magic, my own painting, everything about it, ALL of it, became crystal-clear. Now "The Adamant Idea" is one of my favorite paintings.
