Hmmmm... This is a real interesting and surprising ruling. A federal judge, in a move to bolster first amendment rights, claims that it is unconstitutional for federal government servants (ie. Donald Trump) from blocking users on Twitter based on political views.
This ruling solidifies the idea that online posting can be considered a public forum, and at least in Twitter's case, IS.
