In my Daily practice I go through phases in which I am compelled to strength. Be that Mental, Intellectual, Physical, Social, or any mix in between. Sometimes I read, sometimes I workout, sometimes I meditate, ect. But the biggest key is diligence and dedication, the workout only matters that you expend some time doing and not thinking of doing. With diligence and dedication you begin to make smalls steps towards progression.
