So.... the panels are empty because the people who are at the event, the event being the panel discussions, are instead getting drunk and playing on water slides.
I think there might be separate things being conflated here.
A panel of 4 people for an audience of 6.
I wonder if they're still going to make them raise their hands when they want to ask questions in the Q&A.
