Can anyone tell me how to fit a photo to the banner? Every time I insert an image it comes up with only the top third or so showing?

Is there anyway to stop one account from spamming the trending feed? I find it misleading for other minds to click a tag and find that it is not a variety people talking in context of the tag, instead it is one minds account that repeatedly post content of such tags. Evidence in comments.
