So, my Twitter account got hacked and Twitter's account recovery features do not appear to include a method of account recovery because the email address was changed and I hadn't verified my phone number. The rest of my accounts are fine, as I had set up double log-ins via my phone on my YouTube, email, and whatnot, and I swiftly changed any other necessary passwords. I think I'll be staying on Minds.com for the foreseeable future so if you want to contact me, please feel free to try their or via my email. As pictured, Twitter's documents offer no further way other than *opening a new account* to use Twitter again, despite the fact I have emailed them and they can obviously see the old email on their database and the time/date of the hack, followed by the tweets from whoever did it. It's pretty ridiculous, but then it's exactly what I've come to expect from Twitter's abysmal service, poorly-designed system and the general contempt with which they treat their own platform. It would take seconds to simply revert my email address so I could reset my account and verify my phone number, but their service simply does not allow it. My entire account is free for hackers to peruse at their leisure and I can't even get it deactivated because apparently nobody monitors their support email address. https://support.twitter.com/articles/107907
