Love is a rose but you better not pick it It only grows when it's on the vine A handful of thorns and you'll know you've missed it You lose your love when you say the word "mine" - Neil Young #poetry

People often say that the reason we feel good after walking in nature is because of its beauty, but I have a different theory: I believe it's actually not so much the beauty of it that makes us feel good , but rather the fact that while being in nature we surround ourselves with lifeforms, plants and animals, that are connected to a higher intelligence, or whatever you want to call it. This higher intelligence, called "god" by many, exists in all of us. However, I believe most, if not all human beings, are very disconnected to it. BUT, I believe being close to lifeforms that are connected, their presence help us to connect to that higher intelligence. This is why I always feel bad spending too much time in cities with no nature close by. The people are disconnected! I don't claim this to be scientific fact, simply a theory of mine. One thing is for sure however, whatever reason you think causes it: Being in nature every now and then is REALLY important for your well being! So get out there folks, get out into the woods and play! :) Peace! And may the force of nature be with you, always!
