Code editor "Zed" has now been open sourced by it's creators. The Zed editor will be GPL licensed while server-side components are AGPL licensed. The GPUI UI framework that powers Zed will be under an Apache 2.0 license. Currently it's only available as a .dmg and as source code so if you're on Linux or BSD you'll have to build from source.
