For the record, I became aware of these "situations" over 15 years ago, while I was participating with the "Sunshine Project" {1}. Of which WAS the only real "WatchDog" group for biological and chemical weapons in the world.
The Archived Web Page for the Sunshine Project states that it was closed due to a lack of funding, in 2008. How ever, there were also a slew of strange and mysterious deaths of Microbiologists {2, 3}, that were censored from the Lamestream news media.
