"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:5 NIV The concept that good cannot be overcome by evil has been prevalent in my mind today. For clarity, I didn't have it in mind when I drew this, but the quote seemed fitting for the piece. When darkness encroaches on our lives, all we have to do is turn the light on and it will flee. Easier said than done in some cases, but nevertheless true. There's hope in those words.
