Immune System Modulation Stack

Here’s another recipe that works great for fighting off infections. But there’s a catch: For best results, you must take it at the first sign of infection, otherwise you may not get maximum efficacy. For example, if I started to feel under the weather (runny nose, cough, congestion, etc), I would immediately take this cocktail and I will usually beat it. But again, timing is key. The earlier the treatment, the better. This course would be repeated two to three more times depending on how severe the infection is or how fast it’s progressing. For extreme cases, I may take it three times in a day for 3 days, but no more than 3 days in a row, or else you start to build an immunity (ironic, right?) and it loses its effectiveness, so always use this with care. This combination CAN be effective at reducing the overall duration of infections, but it’s best to use it to quickly halt the progression of infections before they exacerbate, or worse, become full-blown. That said, we are all different, each with our own unique chemistry, so experiment with it and find what works for you. But I can tell you from personal experience that I have successfully cured hundreds of colds, flus and other infections using this combo. The ingredients are simple and easy to get. Most pharmacies and grocery stores will carry these as dietary supplements. Extracts will work but it’s always better to go natural and grow your own if you can. Here's the recipe: Immune System Modulation Stack - Dried echinacea (aka coneflowers) leaves, flowers and roots - Echinacea extract - Vitamin C - Vitamin D - Zinc - Multivitamin - AHCC (active hexose correlated compound) - Agaricus blazei - Ginger - Lemon - Raw honey or pure maple syrup - Tea of your choice, one that covers up the slight bitterness of the echinacea would be a good idea Take all the supplements as directed on the containers, then make tea with the rest (tea, dried echinacea, ginger and a squirt of lemon, honey). Drinking the tea after taking the supplements will help you absorb all the ingredients into your system while enjoying a nice, hot, soothing drink. If you have a sore throat or congestion, the tea will help alleviate those symptoms as well. Try it out, experiment with it and let me know how it goes. And of course, be responsible and do your own research to make sure that this stack is safe for you and doesn’t interfere with any medications or other supplements. Best of luck! I hope it helps. Let me know if you have any questions. #immunesystem #echinacea #nature #life #health
