Does anyone remember some stop motion video or movie where people get wrapped up in....caution tape or some sort of ribbon or band? It was so strange, and I only ever saw it once when I was like....8 or 9 maybe in a coffee shop with my aunt. It was playing on the tv and the imagery has stuck with me for 20 years but I have never been able to find it or what it is. I think maybe it was a music video or something?
