How to Spot A #TokenFarmer on #Minds: 1. Account was created recently (in the last month or two). 2. Their feed has random photos (nothing personal or honest) and little else. Lots of pics. Maybe a few hashtags? But, that's it. 3. They don't talk about themselves or their own opinions of the world. They just repost other people's stuff with no commentary. 4. If they subscribe to you they leave simple 1 or 2 word comments or the same emoji over and over. (They interact, but nothing meaningful). 5. Check some of the accounts they subscribe to and who subscribes to them. (You'll see legit accounts in there too.) A lot of them are useless channels just like the main token farmer channel. 6. They never send YOU tokens. Most people who post on Minds end up sending tokens to other people for stuff they like. Token farmers don't do this. They only take tokens. 7. You never see them in https://chat.minds.com/. Because they would be found out. They avoid chatting or posting interesting comments. They just do interactions (likes reminds or simple replies). 8. If you make witty jokes or wisecracks to them, they don't understand what you mean. They look up stuff in Google Translate. 9. They tend to have unusual usernames. Stuff that normal humans wouldn't choose. ALL CAPS? Random words connected together. Mispelled words. Lots of numbers with no pattern (i.e. birthdates or graduation year). Most normal people pick usernames that are easy to say (or type) and which are easy to remember. 10. They change up their tactics based on how many accounts are getting killed. For awhile they used all Asian women in their profile pic. That became too obvious. So, they've switched to other fake pics and nationalities. They also change up their posting habits (e.g. less nature pics and more car pics). If you see a Token Farmer on Minds, report them as "Token Manipulation" and block their channel so they can't get interactions from you. #Spam #MindsToken #spammers
