Jinki is one of those comics that never really went anywhere and gets up every now and then. Its animation adaptation, Jinki:Extend, didn't really do all that much justice for the material, as it combined the first comic and its sequel series into one, time-jumpy mess.
There are also VN versions and alternative takes, like Jinrouki Winvurga, which all are more or less "pretty damn fine."
Tsunashima's a personal favourite when it comes to visual style and designs. He's not exactly a mainstream creator, but a popular one nonetheless.
