Perusing the dumpster site known as n4g. One thing that seems odd is how much influence game journalists still have on the industry dispite their massive drop off in relevancy with the fanbase. IGN is such a mess and not as popular. Lot of otber sites are dying off yet they seem to still to some extent controll the dialogue. They love to make a fake controversy about crunch. Like it's so terrible people work overtime. I'm sure it can be stressful but that's work. And the reality is there a lot of hungry people who will jump on the opportunity if you decide you don't wanna do it. Maybe journalists don't work much so it's alien to them I don't know but devs seem overly reactive to these twats and they are not in touch with the fanbase. When studios start telling these idiots to kick rocks it will pay dividends.
