I found when I look back at my previous addictions that I would be in disgust after using. This disgust should be turned into an opportunity.
IF you have this FEELing after the fact; try to look for precursors that while help you prevent the addictive action.
IF you still fall into your addictive tendencies while having noticed the pre and post cursors then the cold truth is you have not suffered enough YET.
Once you decide that you have suffered enough, you are then on the road to recovery.
