Would someone please for the love of God almighty explain to me why my gas oven stops functioning when it's 90+ degrees *outside*? I've ripped the fucker apart and tested the sensors which are all in reference range. Every other gas appliance including the stove and broiler which, as you might imagine, are connected to the same gorram regulator, work just fine but for some reason beyond my understanding of physics, theoretical or otherwise, this fucking glorified lamp can't bring itself to ignite through the months of June, July, and August. Yes, I have shoved burning cord next to the burner in a vain attempt to get it to ignite but apparently there's only enough vapor pressure to stink up my kitchen. You know what? I'mma pour some isopropynol down there and see what happens. If I don't make it, tell my family I said hello. EDIT: I successfully started a large fire in my oven. Here's hoping it was large enough to get the damn thing hot enough to cook my porkchop.
