A Nyala and Casspir APC in the official ISD colors. Not all the APC's were the peppermint with black stripe, many were also painted in yellow with blue stripe, the color of police vehicles of the day.
This was during a violent event involving the ANC and IFP.

A small armored car that drives on railway tracks. This small car was powered by a petrol engine and was used to transport cash to railway workers, African laborers wanted cash salary and to go straight home after work. The South African Railway paid in cash and South African Railway Police (SARP) would have accompanied the payroll.
