I'm back in Phuket after 12 years from my last visit. I had a lot more money in the bank last time. But, I return with a wealth of language ability and cultural understanding. I'm no longlonger an inexperienced backpacker. I'm learning Thai again, many words returning. My brain gets a bit confused at times developing my 3rd language. I have to compare Thai to Khmer, not English.
