Police in Struthers, Ohio, are investigating a mass shooting that claimed the life of four-year-old Rowan Sweeney and injured two men and two women, including the child's mother, early Monday.

Cedric Charles Moore Jr of Cape Girardeau, Missouri pleaded guilty to second-degree assault on May 10. Moore was filmed sucker-punching Ethan Hagler, 12, last July as he danced on a sidewalk.

7 years in prison is actually a lot better than I expected - I was afraid that they'd let him go with a warning.
