If there were only two coins... two pennies in the entire world... the government would still find it necessary to pay 2 guys to guard it, 1 guy to watch those guards, another two guys to occasionally transport the pennies, another guy to occasionally count the pennies (with someone to verify the count obviously) and 3 guys to oversee this entire operation and report back to the board of pennies where there are 6 guys in suits waiting to yell about deficits. Bureaucracy is asinine
