Minds Crypto: How to Minimize Slippage Fees

Just as you see 'slippage' or slippage fees in regular financial markets, so you will see this loss while trading Minds tokens as well. When you make large transactions of Minds tokens, it can and will cause movement, which can be quite dramatic, in changing the price of the asset itself. Low liquidity can also cause increased slippage, which is why larger orders tend to face higher slippage. When transacting, volatility in an asset price can create the circumstance where the executed price is different from the expected, quoted price. Slippage is the: percent difference between the quoted and executed prices. The name of the game is balancing slippage and gas fees. The faster your transaction is executed on the blockchain, the less chance you have of suffering higher slippage fees. The more GAS you put in for the transaction, the faster your transaction will take place. To help manage slippage (this will also help if your transactions are failing), you will want to move the Slippage Tolerance setting in Uniswap from the default 0.5%, to 1%. Yes, this will cost you more in GAS, but it will also move your transaction along so as to minimize slippage, and often increases returns. ................................................................................ #mindsusergroup #minds #mindstoken #crypto
