Scientists from the Goethe University in Frankfurt have identified the cause of blood clots in some patients who were vaccinated with a vaccine from AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson. Despite the fact that the risk of blood clots was known, patients were not offered to drink anticoagulants after vaccination and are still not offered to "not sow panic"
