In a year we have gone from Nurse "This patient had 14 gun shots to the head and was found hanging by a noose from a bridge" Doctor "Obviously its a covid death" to Nurse "So they are a professional athlete and run 4 marathons a year, they had their second vaccine shot and started to convulse on the way to the exit and died en route to the hospital" Doctor "Obviously its not related to the vaccine, its just an unrelated cause of death" :)
