Bitch, where the FUCK do you get the GALL to make it sound like it was willful negligence? Maybe I'm not remembering it correctly, but as I recall FEMA and emergency services were doing their damnedest to respond, but as somebody who'se lived through a hurricane, I think I can say with some authority that a natural disaster has the ability to wreck shit faster and throw people's lives, systems and communities into chaos a lot more than they have to get everything back to normal.
