I feel sorry for all the smart black people like Mr.Mani... except that the smart fraction in Africa shamelessly exploit the rest. I had a co-student from Central Africa. He loved Switzerland. He told me that after he got his diploma in IT, he had a hard time getting hired. It usually boiled down to: "You will just go back to Africa to become a minister, with your degree". That's what his brother did - he became minister of postal services. He finally managed to convince a major IT business to hire him after he assured them that he had no intention of ever going back, as he hated the corruption and wanted no part of it.
