I returned to New Orleans for a few days, to find more information about the Kennedy assassination and the cover-up, which was massive in New Orleans.

Judyth Baker Someone helped me return to New Orleans for a few days, to find more information about the Kennedy assassination and the cover-up, which was massive in New Orleans. Dan Rather, who famously told the world, after seeing the Zapruder film, that JFK's head was thrown VIOLENTLY FORWARD, rose quickly to become a star at CBS. He was instrumental in making sure Sixty Minutes could not film me, three times in a row, having authority to stop even Mike Wallace, Phil Scheffler and Don Hewitt, Sixty Minutes' founder, from filming me. Few know that Rather was a true nobody before the Kennedy assassination. Just a few weeks before the Kennedy assassination, Rather--known only for doing a good report on a hurricane-- was sent to CBS' New Orleans office. For some reason, the day of the assassination, he was called to Dallas to cover President Kennedy's visit there. (What a coincidence!) On 25 Nov. 1963, Rather told his lie to the world. You can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiSoxFHyjGY Another "coincidence" was the FBI's Warren C. de Brueys, who had been settled in New Orleans for years, with wife, home and family. He was transferred to DALLAS a few weeks after Lee Oswald returned to Dallas from Mexico City. And lo, right after the Kennedy assassination, de Brueys was transferred back to New Orleans, so he didn't have to sell his house or anything drastic. Rather and deBrueys were both being used for "damage control," to make sure that Lee's true activities, which were being directed by the CIA and the FBI, would never be known. That's why my testimony is now important. So, why did I go to New Orleans last week, when my updated book (Lee Harvey Oswald and Me) is just about ready to be published? Because every remaining clue helps support the truth. They must be found--and YOU must see them. So here's a little of what I found, on this trip: 1. Juan Valdez, who was associated with Dr. Mary Sherman's murder, and who lived just a couple of doors down from Victoria Hawes-Sulzer in Dr. Sherman's Patio apartment building, is not listed in Polk's City Directory 1964 as "Juan Valdez." This unmarried man is listed as "June M. Valdez." Checking with Edward T. Haslam, an expert on Dr. Mary Sherman's death and The New Orleans Project (that involved me and Lee) regarding the Kennedy assassination, Valdez was also found in other directories and sources as "Valadez"and "Valadef," instead of "Valdez." 2. Also, it turned out that the woman that I, three investigators and witness Anna Lewis talked to, on Jan. 3, 2000, as we stood in the small house where I had rented an apartment, at 1032 Marengo St. --LIED TO US when she said she was Susie Hanover's daughter. Two of Susie Hanover's great-grandchildren have firmly stated that in 2000, 1032 Marengo St. was no longer in their family, and hadn't been, for a long time. 3. Soon after we photographed the interior and saw how its basic features matched Lee Oswald's sketch in his address book (I explain what that was about in my book), the house was sold, gutted, and the door, which was on the right in Lee's sketch, and in our photos, was MOVED TO THE CENTER OF THE HOUSE. When Nigel Turner, for the History Channel and A &E had the house filmed in 2003, it had drastically changed. It had been the same for 39 years before the sudden change. So, who was the owner in 2000-2003? Amazingly, we don't know. The house was sold--that we know--but who bought it is BLANK. And where the notation is supposed to be as to when the house was sold again, the volume and the folio (page number) was also BLANK. Going from the present back, we know the house is currently owned by "Fluffy Dog, LLC,"...which was a new name for a former owner. But we don't know who bought the house, gutted it, and changed it all around between 2000 and 2003. All we have is a hint that "a doctor in London bought the house," from what a neighbor told us in 2003. 4. The house of ill repute, where the raid occurred, has the strangest history of all. A twice-widowed lady bought the Mansion in 1950 from a bank. The SAME widow bought the house again in 1957. Then, early Jan. 1964, right after the Kennedy assassination, the same widow bought the house again, this time under her new name of "Mrs. Elizabeth Canfield." She sells the house, at last, to ANOTHER WIDOW, in Dec. 1978. Now, I ask you, why would widows want this (then) six-bedroom, six-bath house? What was going on? Any ideas? That it was a very high class whorehouse was the case when I was there, and this "widow" buying it three times in a row is very odd. 5. Very odd, too, is the fact that 'The Patio Apartments' are no more. Now, don't get me wrong. The building is still there, and people still live there, but it seems that the apartments are now all individually owned. 6. Another oddity: David Ferrie's building, consisting of two apartments, was owned by Abe Sapir, editor of a Jewish periodical, which is why, of course, that Jack Ruby had more than one reason to visit David Ferrie when I was there. His son Ed was living downstairs in 1967, when New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison accused Ed (Sapir) --a city councilman-- of strong ties to the Mafia. Of course, we're not surprised by that. 7. In 1964 Guy Banister is still in business as an investigator. He will die by June, 1964, a month before Dr. Sherman and a month after his business partner, Hugh Ward, dies in a fiery plane crash along with US Ambassador and former NOLA Mayor de Lessops Morrison and his son, as they fly into Mexico. Hugh was taught to fly by David Ferrie. 8. Oddest of all, in the 1964 Polk City Directory, is no listing for Carlos Bringuier. He said he owned a clothing store, but the store is not listed under new OR used clothing with his name in 1964. 9. David Ferrie is listed as "psychologist" and is located at 150 Baronne, office #1707, the same as for Carlos Marcello's most important attorney, G. Wray Gill. (This is well-known in formation, but I saw the physical evidence in the Directory and photographed it) 10. I had reported in my book that a woman was the manager at A-1 Employment, which was used as an excuse for our getting hired at Wm. B. Reily on the same day ,for the cover jobs that had been arranged for us. I now know that two women managed A-1: one was named Lillian L. Deslattes and the other was Nell Cromiller. 11. THE STRANGE ADDRESS CHANGE FOR WILLIAM GEORGE GAUDET. Gaudet's office was in the Trade Mart. For years, he wrote propaganda for the CIA ("Latin American Reports").. After being in New Orleans many years, in 1964, Gaudet is now gone. HE MOVED TO WARELAND, MISSISSIPPI. Looking into Gaudet further, we can learn a lot from the famous researcher, Harold Weisberg, as he researched Gaudet in 1976, at the National Archives: WEISBERG WRITES: "On 9/17/63 Oswald visited the Mexican Consulate in New Orleans where he was issued 15 day tourist card #2h085. The man whose tourist card was apparently issued directly before Oswald was William George Gaudet, who told the F.B.I. ...that he was a former employee of the C.I.A. (C.D. 75, Pg. 588) Comparing information garnered from Oswald's and Gaudet's tourist card applications (CE 2078, CD 75, pg. 588), two things are possibly significant. First, all of the 19 people who appeared at the Consulate on 9/17 had their names listed in C.D. 75 in the order first name, middle, last name except for Oswald and Gaudet. The former's name was mistakenly inverted Harvey Oswald Lee and the latter's is listed Gaudet William George. This is probably innocent as Oswald's inversion is plausibly explained by the bunching together of Harvey Oswald on his application, thus suggesting Lee, Harvey Oswald. As Gaudet probably filled out his application "Gaudet, William George" and he appeared before Oswald, this might have influenced the consulate employee to think Oswald's name was an inversion as well. Researchers' are free to come up with other explanations for this coincidence. Another minor point is that of the 19 appearing on 9/17, only Gaudet, Oswald, and one other person (Arthur C. Mason, 6 month tourist card # a363760) listed "tourist" as the purpose of their trip. Curiously enough, Gaudet's name appears in the Hearings and Exhibits on a completely different matter. CE 2880, an F.B.I. report relates that William George Gaudet telephoned the New Orleans F.B.I. office on 11/27 stating "he had heard Jack Ruby from Dallas, Texas had purchased Paintings from one Lorenzo Borenstein." Gaudet was interviewed by Warren commission critic Bernard Fensterwald on May 13, 1975. Gaudet denied giving any information about Ruby to the F.B.I., and claimed CE 2880 was a complete fabrication. It is noteworthy that the interview of Gaudet concerning his appearance at the consulate the same day as Oswald(C.D. 75 pg. 588) and the report on his information about Ruby (CE 2880) were both taken by the same agent ( John William Miller) on the same day(11/27/63). It should be noted there is no evidence that Oswald and Gaudet were in the consulate at the same time. Gaudet didn't remember Oswald being there and he is corroborated by Elena Tejeda an employee of the Mexican consulate who claimed "there was something about Oswald that made her remember him." Tejeda, who did not actually wait on Oswald, was interviewed by Gary Sanders, an investigator for Garrison, on 3/19/68. Tejeda stated she was sure Oswald was alone when he applied for his tourist card. Also appearing at the consulate on 9/17/63 was David Pearce Maygar(211088). Maygar told the F.B.I. he was a friend of David Ferrie, who figured heavily in the investigation of New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison. I know of no other exhibits or documents indicating the F.B.I. explored Maygar's background further." == Yes, Lee did go to Mexico City, but he did not go there, as recently claimed by the CIA's Bob Baer, to try to get the Russians and Cubans to back him to kill JFK. Sure, everybody wanting to kill a president yells and makes a spectacle of themselves to get secret backing to murder a president! I know the truth, and intend, this summer, for you to know it, too! 12. Interestingly, Gaudet went to MERIDA, where Lee and I planned to marry. He would have still been there, if things had worked out as we had hoped. 13. In my book, I mention that Dean Andrews viewed Lee Oswald on Canal Street and was easily recognizable. His office turns out to have been located at 921 Canal Street. 14. The owner of The Monteleone Hotel, the first hotel Lee and I stayed at, which was directly arranged by Clay Shaw, was William "Billy" Moneteleone, an anti-Castro activist, the delegate of New Orleans' Cuban Revolutionary Council, which was funded by the CIA after The Bay of Pigs. There's much more that will be in the new book-- more evidence files--new witnesses. You can pre-order a copy--and for those who have already done so, the book has been delayed to get such new information as this into it!--order from PayPal using [email protected] ($40, signed) or $70 for one of the First One Hundred, registered, and signed, (first 100 off-the-press) which will become collector's items. The special registered 100 will allow me to buy these books at Author's Discount, plus shipping. Thank you for your help, your support, and your prayers as I fight to clear Lee Oswald's name and to get justice for our great President, John F. Kennedy. Thank you for caring about justice and truth. ❤ ❤ ❤ love, judyth ❤ ❤ ❤ photos: (1) David Ferrie, (2) 1032 Marengo before it was gutted and door moved (3) William George Gaudet (4) Dr. Mary Sherman56.
