For decades the cannabis plant has been off limits for federal testing because it's classified as a schedule 1 narcotic in the same category as meth and heroin. Biden said he was going to “reschedule cannabis as a Schedule II drug so researchers can study its positive and negative impacts.” Well, apparently that is at the bottom of the list.
