HUSTLE TOWARD FINANCIAL FREEDOM

Two years ago today was the first time I ever used an aerator. Customer asked if I would offer the service. I was intimidated by a new machine I had never used before. Tested and practiced on my own lawn, and now it’s a huge money maker for me. I book two days each spring and do 8-10 lawns per day. I rent the machine for $80 a day and charge $95 a lawn. So if anyone is looking for a service you can offer that only takes a couple of days and you can make solid money. Look at aerating. Why buy when you can rent?

The sky rocketing price of lumber seems to the topic of conversation absolutely everywhere lately. With increases of 300% and more, everyone is doom and gloom but I have had enough of that. In today’s Workshop Weekend I talk about what we can do, what we can’t, and the opportunities that might just be there for the taking. https://youtu.be/paqzBsP80DM YOUTUBE https://odysee.com/@Allseasonsmain:5/insane-lumber-prices-finding-opportunity ODYSEE

Sat down to eat my Duck eggs and T-bone and realized I forgot my steak knife and then it hit me. @mtknivesnet Neck knife for the win.

Think outside the box
