Granny Castle's Chocolate Gravy

2 Cup of Sugar 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cocoa Dash of Salt (1/2 teaspoon) 4 Tablespoons Flour 1 1/2 Cup of Water Mix Well Until Smooth, add water. Mix and Cook over Medium Heat until it thickens to your taste. Serve with Hot Biscuits.... I have only seen or heard folks in Eastern Kentucky and/or Appalachia sctually making this for breakfast.
