On the Coffee Table: Paçoca (dry peanuts candy)

Starting another new series of posts, I'll share here recipes for snacks that we here down South America usually munch on when reading, talking, drinking and chilling, either alone or with our frens. Don't worry, I got you guys covered: there will be no weird Amazonian ingredients impossible to find in other parts of the world. To prove that point, the first one will be what's probably the most iconic of all Brazilian candy: Paçoca! This peanut dry candy is made of only THREE ingredients: peanuts, salt and sugar - THAT'S IT! Different preparations in the links below: Youtube video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGuBn58ZnXk Written recipe: https://www.oliviascuisine.com/pacoca-brazilian-peanut-candy/ #onthecoffeetable P.S.: special thanks to @bashynx for starting this conversation (and indirectly, @thelostspook too) about local recipes, it was the direct inspiration for this new series.
