This life is a journey A roadway through time Smooth, straight, or curvy Perhaps a steep incline Be it dirt, paved, or gravel Rutted or potholed On it we will travel Until we’re gray and old Some drivers are so timid Others as bold as brass A few may get so livid That they need an anger class No matter what your style You’re on the journey now Down kilometer or mile You’ll reach the end…but how? - ©2021 Sara Stanford
